From January 21st to 24th, Addasound attended this year's Future Call Center Summit in Orlando, FL,
United States. The 9th summit and the alongside exhibition were attended by call center experts,
professionals, and owners.

 

The topic of many discussions were how customer experience as well as the call center staff´s working
