ADDASOUND in the 9th International Call Center Expo

The 9th International Call Center Expo, organized by the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), was held on August 28, 2013 in Cebu, Philippines. The three-day Expo which offered premier learning and exchange activity opportunities for the international voice industry, attracted more than 1,000 participants from call centers, telecommunications, and related industries. In the call center industry conference, Chairman of CCAP Mr. Hernandez, spoke about the status quo of the global call center industry, latest information on industry revenue, employment growth, market position as well as cutting-edge technology. Nearly 60 exhibitors presented their latest products and services and discussed the future direction of the call centers and telecommunications.


Addasound, as an emerging global brand and a Silver Sponsor, participated in the international exhibition and presented two of its headsets, the Crystal 2801 and Crystal 2802. These two headsets have been especially developed by Addsound’s Top R & D team in Denmark for call centers.
